1-8 Prologis Wins International TOBY Award

Three buildings located in the Mississauga Gateway Centre on Prologis Boulevard in Mississauga have won the suburban office low-rise category at the TOBY International Awards.

1 Prologis Blvd. is a five-storey class-A building with 143,959 square feet of rentable area. 2 and 8 Prologis Blvd. are comprised of five- and four-storey buildings connected by a two-storey link. Together, they combine for 221,000 square feet of class-A office space.

The three buildings have LEED Gold, BOMA Best Gold and WiredScore Gold certifications.
